Shipping and Handling
All orders are processed once payment validation is obtained. theoriginalsushipillow.com ships via USPS and FedEx depending on the size of the order. Once payment is received orders normally arrive within 7-14 business days. Tracking information or Delivery Confirmation for shipments will be sent via e-mail once order is shipped if available. Please be advised that mailing addresses in rural areas or the West Coast (in some cases) may take longer than 7-14 business days for delivery.
International Orders
For international orders, please e-mail sushipillow@aol.com for a quote/invoice. Please e-mail your desired order and the country that you would like it to be sent to. Insurance and tracking are included with each quote. Please do not send payment through our "add to cart" options as those costs are for US orders only.

Order Status

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase send your unused product back to us within 30 days of the day you receive your order. We would be happy to exchange the product or provide you with a refund. Product must be in original packaging and unused. If you are making an exchange no additional shipping charges will be made.

Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of New Jersey.
