we are in the midst of test marketing some new designs at our street fairs. we have designed a super cute uni roll as well as a mini flat california roll. we know a lot of you have requested the uni roll, so feel free to e-mail us about either of our new designs and we'll try to have them available online soon!

the cherry blossoms are a-comin'! on april 28th and 29th, the original sushi pillow will be appearing at Brooklyn Botanic Garden's Sakura Matsuri. there will be demonstrations, talks, a "soft sculpture" exhibit as well as many, many other activities for all to enjoy including performances by NYC band, happyfunsmile. so come join us in the pretty pink flowers and pick up a sushi pillow or two!
March
this will be a busy month for us! The Boston Gift Show (March 24-27) is coming fast and we are ready for it! If you are a vendor and you are in the area come check us out. In addition Mel will be going back to do some acting again. No worries pillows are still being done, he only performs at night! Mel and Cindy will be relocating to Lowell, MA at the end of the month for the show, but only temporarily. If you want to see more of Mel's work check him out on YouTube, just put in "Mel Maghuyop"

the original sushi pillow made an appearance at the yearly Halloween party at Globus Studios in Chelsea NYC. The party was a blast, see pics at Globus Halloween. Sushi pillows hung above the heads of party-goers at the "Harajuku in Manhattan" themed party. Thanks to the Globus Brothers for a fantastic time!

Thank you, Park Slope for a wonderful turn out despite the less than perfect weather!!! It was a fun day at the 5th Avenue Festival in beautiful Park Slope with wind, rain, and a little thunder that didn't stop a single sushi pillow fan from coming out! Our best fair yet, we hope to come back and see everyone again
